4XL is a good fit for wearing around in public. For training especially back day I prefer the longer 5XL but this shirt in Black is great as it's slimming but very fitted in the arms chest and back.

2 attempts to email your customer care because I ordered the incorrect size went unanswered. Lift your game
Good quality but it’s quite a tight fit I will need to exchange the shirt I got. I would recommend sizing up.
Shirts are great quality and fit well. Communication is poor, i have had several attempts at trying to get an answer regarding Military Green 4xl shirts on different platforms (instagram, direct email) and including a special note on this order!! These queries are yet to be addressed. Regards Steve
I purchased a white T-shirt and a black T-shirt as well. Great fit very comfortable. Thankyou World Gym 👍👍

Great product and great service 😃
As pictured, but had to return due to not fitting.. Exchange for another size was quick and efficient..
Been lifting a long time. Always the best training shirts.
I love the actual sizing, texture and old style logo from the 80s and 90s. The shirts are some of the most comfortable t-shirts I own. Could you please advise when the blue one is in stock as a XXXL.

Very comfortable and exact sized t-shirt, very quick dispatch.
