SHIPPING POLICY

LAUNCH & SALES SHIPPING: We ship Mon – Fri 7.30 AM to 4PM, excluding QLD public holidays. Due to the high volume of orders during launches and sales (including Shock Sale & Black Friday), processing and shipping times may be slightly delayed. Our team are working hard to make sure you get your World Gym Australia products as soon as possible.

AUSTRALIA:

• $16.95 EXPRESS DELIVERY (Express Australia Post)
• $12.95 STANDARD SHIPPING (Based on Australia post and Aramex – 5 -10 days, but can be as quick as 2-3 days in most instances.
• FREE SHIPPING over $150
• 5kg-20kg, $20 HEAVY GOODS SHIPPING

SHIPPING PROCESS: World Gym Shop will provide a tracking number via email once your order is shipped (this can take up to 24 hours to become active). 

PLEASE NOTE:

• World Gym Shop cannot be held responsible for the service, delays or delivery by the postal service.
• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• World gym shop are unable to modify processed orders, this applies to both in stock and pre-sale items.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
